1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Aevogen platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services. Aevogen reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Platform Description

Aevogen is an AI-assisted health optimization platform that operates two distinct channels: a Research Channel providing educational information about peptide compounds, and a Medical Channel providing AI-guided clinical intake, bloodwork analysis, and physician-directed protocol services.

3. Medical Disclaimer

The information provided through the Research Channel is for educational and research purposes only. It does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations. Research compound information is provided for qualified researchers and should not be interpreted as guidance for human clinical use without physician supervision.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Aevogen platform. By using our Medical Channel services, you confirm that you are seeking physician-supervised health optimization and consent to the collection and processing of your health information as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete health information during the intake process
• Disclose all current medications, supplements, and medical conditions
• Follow your physician’s prescribed protocol and attend recommended follow-up bloodwork
• Report any adverse effects or changes in health status to your physician immediately
• Do not share your account credentials or health data access with others
• Use research compound information only for lawful purposes

6. Research Channel Terms

The Research Channel provides educational information about peptide compounds for research purposes. All compounds listed are research-grade materials verified by Horizon Analytical. Research compounds are intended for qualified researchers and laboratories. Certificates of Analysis (COAs) are provided for compound verification purposes.

7. Medical Channel Terms

The Medical Channel connects members with licensed physicians through an AI-assisted preparation process. By using the Medical Channel, you acknowledge that: the AI intake system collects health data on behalf of your physician; bloodwork analysis compares your results against optimization ranges, not just standard lab ranges; your physician reviews the complete AI-prepared profile and makes all clinical decisions independently; and protocols are subject to your physician’s medical judgment and may differ from AI-generated observations.

8. Laboratory Services

Bloodwork is conducted through third-party laboratory partners (Quest Diagnostics, LabCorp, Marek Health). Aevogen facilitates lab orders and result integration but does not perform laboratory testing. Laboratory services are subject to each provider’s own terms and conditions.

9. Compound Verification

Horizon Analytical provides Certificate of Analysis verification for all compounds in the Aevogen catalog. This verification confirms compound purity, identity, and quality for research purposes. Horizon Analytical does not perform member bloodwork or clinical laboratory testing.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, software, AI models, design elements, and proprietary methodologies on the Aevogen platform are owned by Aevogen and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our platform content without prior written consent.

11. Limitation of Liability

Aevogen provides its platform on an “as is” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aevogen shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for our services in the twelve months preceding the claim.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform at our discretion, including for violation of these terms, provision of false health information, or misuse of the platform. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at hello@aevogen.com.

13. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
