Aevogen (“we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our platform, including our website, AI-assisted intake system, bloodwork analysis tools, and related services.
2. Information We Collect
Personal Information
When you use our platform, we may collect: name, email address, phone number, date of birth, biological sex, height, weight, and other demographic information you provide during the intake process.

Through our AI-guided intake and bloodwork integration, we may collect: health goals, current symptoms, diagnosed medical conditions, current medications and supplements, lifestyle factors, and laboratory bloodwork results from partner laboratories (Quest Diagnostics, LabCorp, Marek Health).

We automatically collect certain information when you access our platform, including browser type, device information, IP address, pages viewed, and interaction patterns.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To conduct AI-assisted clinical intake assessments
- To analyze bloodwork results against optimization ranges
- To prepare clinical summaries for physician review and protocol development
- To provide research education and compound information
- To communicate with you about your membership and protocols
- To improve our platform and AI models

4. AI Processing
Our platform uses artificial intelligence to process your health information during intake and bloodwork analysis. The AI system prepares clinical summaries and identifies potential areas of focus for your physician. The AI does not make medical decisions or prescribe treatments. All clinical decisions are made by your licensed physician after reviewing the AI-prepared information alongside their own medical judgment.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal or health information. We may share your information with:
- Your Physician: Clinical summaries and health data are shared with your assigned physician for protocol development and medical oversight.
- Laboratory Partners: Lab orders and result retrieval through Quest Diagnostics, LabCorp, or Marek Health.
- Service Providers: Infrastructure providers (hosting, database, email) who process data on our behalf under strict confidentiality agreements.
- Legal Requirements: When required by law, regulation, or legal process.
6. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit and at rest, secure database infrastructure, access controls, and regular security assessments. However, no electronic transmission or storage method is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Data Retention
We retain your health information for as long as necessary to provide our services and comply with legal obligations. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at hello@aevogen.com.
8. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data. You may also have the right to opt out of certain data processing activities. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at hello@aevogen.com.
9. HIPAA Compliance
To the extent that we handle protected health information (PHI), we maintain compliance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). Our physician partners maintain their own HIPAA compliance obligations for clinical data they manage.
