Telehealth informed consent

By checking the consent box at checkout you agree to the following. Last updated September 27, 2026.

What telehealth is

Your care is delivered remotely by independent, licensed clinicians in our clinical partner network using the information you provide in your intake, your messages, and any labs or video visits your clinician requests. Telehealth has limits: your clinician cannot examine you in person, and may decide that in-person care is needed.

No prescription is guaranteed

The clinician decides whether treatment is appropriate after reviewing your intake. If they do not prescribe, you receive a full refund. Some programs use compounded medications prepared by a state-licensed pharmacy for you; compounded medications are not FDA-approved.

Your responsibilities

Provide accurate and complete information, including your date of birth, medications, allergies and health history; follow dosing instructions; report side effects promptly; and seek emergency care (call 911) for any emergency.

Privacy

Your health information is handled under our Privacy Policy and applicable law. Messages with your care team are stored in your account. We do not sell health information.

Withdrawing consent

You may withdraw consent and stop treatment at any time by messaging your care team or emailing care@aevogen.com. Refunds follow our Refunds & cancellation policy.
